Mike has worked as an I.T. consultant for the last 40+ years, providing excellent customer service in a variety of technical areas. He has worked with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses and individuals. Additionally, he has been an I.T. Manager, Applications Developer, Corporate Trainer, and a variety of other technology-based roles in his many years of experience.

Technical Trainer and Adjunct Instructor

Mike has over 25 years of experience training adult students on a variety of technical subjects. This includes CompTIA certification preparation (cybersecurity, networking, and hardware/software support), Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook), Microsoft Project, QuickBooks, Linux, Windows, and more. In addition to both classroom and online instruction, Mike has worked extensively in course and curriculum development, creating training materials, job aids, and all areas of training support.
